These idiots will never learn...I am glad that we get to see the true colours of Hakeem, Anura and such like and also those like Malik who scheme things up from behind the scene... Oh Mangala, Sripathi you stupid duo... what are you going to do now? Anura, I hope this is the last of we see him of the useless 'idiot mass' in SriLankan politics with your lot... as for Ranil... what can I say.... 'Boooooo' !

The voting on the budget gave the impression of a 'Vote of Confidence' on the survival of the Mahinda Rajapakse government.
There seemed to be little debate - in parliament and in the media - on the budget itself. How will the provisions contained therein affect the common man? Or is he irrelevant?
Were there any amendments proposed by parliamentarians and the citizenry of Sri Lanka - and have at least some of these been considered?
